7.30am - Breakfast
8.00am - Department Discussion
9.30am - Talk 2: Smoking Cessation Techniques
10.30am - Screening hands-on
11.00am - Mini project + Adventure Discussion 2
12.30pm - Lunch Time! (and recharge yourself)
2.00pm - Get set...GO! (Adventure)
6.00pm - Back from Adventure
7.00pm - Dinner Time!
8.00pm - Team-building activities
8.40pm - Presentation of Mini Project
10.00pm - End of the day

22 Nov
5.30am (Yes, It's 5.30am) - Gather at PRN (Buses wait for no one - Be punctual)
6.00am - Depart to Queensbay (Yeah! Shopping)
7.15am - Green Lung on Bridge!
10.45am - Depart from Queensbay
11.00am - Refresh yourself and take a nap
12.30pm - Lunch Time!
2.oopm - Evaluation and Closing Ceremony
3.30pm - Dismiss and See you in next ITW
